Trader Joe's Haul for One

The hubs is traveling for work, so I'll be cooking for one this week. I went to Trader Joe's to stock up on some goods for the week, as well as a few pantry staples like almond butter and a whole grain like farro. I spent about $64 total, which, along with some of the food I already have at home, should be enough to get me through the week.

Breakfast
- Plain whole milk greek yogurt + almond butter granola + bananas + cinnamon
- Milk + almond butter granola or Kashi GoLean cereal
- Oatmeal + farro + bananas + cinnamon
Snack

- Apple or banana + almond butter
- Greek yogurt + apple + cinnamon
- Apple + beef stick
Lunch/Dinner
- Salmon patties (using canned salmon) + farro + herb salad + almond butter turmeric dressing
- Roasted chickpeas in avocado oil & Indian spices + herb salad + garlic naan & eggplant hummus
- Herb salad + shredded chicken + tomatoes + farro + roasted brussels sprouts/onions/carrots + homemade beet salad dressing (beet hummus + lemon juice + olive oil/water)

- Stuffed sweet potatoes with shredded chicken/chickpeas + roasted tomatoes + bell peppers + avocado
- Hi-protein veggie patty + tomatoes + avocado on wheat bread
