Dave's Killer Bread
I've been hooked on Dave's Killer Bread since my trip to Portland in 2015. It's packed with whole grains, nuts and seeds that provide great texture, flavor and nutrients. I love using it for toast in the morning or sandwiches for lunch, and I've even crumbled it up to make bread crumbs for meatballs or homemade veggie patties. They also came out with a line of bagels and I am SO into them!

Evol Frozen Meals
For crazy busy weeks, sometimes the quickest way to have a semi-homemade lunch or dinner is to grab a frozen meal. I love the Evol brand because they care about where food comes from and how it is sourced. Plus, their products taste pretty darn good.

Fage Total Split Cup
These super convenient Greek yogurts are one of my favorite snacks. The plain yogurt is packed with protein and the fruit portion is relatively low in added sugars (hint: the actual fruit is listed before cane sugar on the ingredient list so it is a greater amount). My go-to flavors are cherry and raspberry in the 2% yogurt.

Health-Ade Kombucha
I drink kombucha about once or twice a week to promote gut health, which has a HUGE impact on our overall health, and I love the fizzy tangy flavor of it. It's a must when I travel and my GI tract is off-sorts, if ya know what I mean. Health-Ade has some really great flavors (try the Pink Lady Apple, Blood Orange-Carrot-Ginger or Power Greens!), and it's organic and certified raw (important for ensuring live and active bacteria cultures).

Lantana Hummus
I am borderline obsessed with the Edamame and the Black Bean Hummus, but I've also tried the Sriracha Carrot and liked that a lot. The texture is so creamy and the flavors are rich and delicious. I like them best with carrots, celery, red bell peppers, pita chips or pretzel crisps.

Mammoth Bars
Energy bars are so convenient to keep on-hand if the munchies sneak up on ya. What I love about Mammoth Bars is that the ingredients are simple and real, plus the fats from the nuts really help keep me full for hours. My favorite flavor is the Cashew Cinnamon. Perfect Bars
Packed with wholesome ingredients providing plant-based proteins and healthy fats, these bars are one of my very favorite snacks-on-the-go. They are filling and oh-so-satisfying with a variety of flavors; a few of my fave are Carob Chip, Blueberry Cashew, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Pie (seasonal).

Siggi's
Siggi's yogurt, or skyr, is packed with protein, relatively low in sugar and made with real ingredients (a.k.a. no artificial sweeteners or food color additives). I love it as a base for a yogurt bowl in the morning (with alllll the toppings), or as a quick and convenient afternoon snack.

Taylor Farms Salad Kits
Salad kits are a life-saver when you need a side of veggies for dinner ASAP or if you're packing lunch for school or work. I love the variety that Taylor Farms has to offer, plus they come in giant bags at Costco #winwin. The Southwest Chopped Salad might be favorite because of the bright and creamy cilantro dressing.
