Mango & Avocado Salsa

RECIPE
Makes 2-4 servings. | Prep time: 10 mins
Ingredients
1 medium mango, peeled and diced
1 medium avocado, cut into chunks
1/4 bell pepper (red and/or yellow), finely diced
2 tablespoons onion (red or white), finely diced
3-4 squirts of lime juice (or 1/4 lime, juiced)
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
*if you have fresh cilantro, I'd highly recommend adding it! Unfortunately I didn't have any, and it still tasted great, but I know cilantro would bring it to a whole new level!
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients in a small bowl and mix gently to combine.
2. Top it on chicken or fish or mixed into a salad!
